Wonderful stay with comfortable rooms.

I loved how cozy the room felt with the plush bedding and the fantastic breakfast spread, especially the fresh fruit and juice. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden too. The only downside was the prices at the mini supermarket, but thankfully, there were plenty of snacks and drinks to grab nearby. 😊

Had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn Arena Tower, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. However, the parking costs felt a bit high, and the coffee area could use clearer signage to avoid confusion.

Enjoyed my stay here with easy access to trains and metro just a short walk away. The room featured a spacious shower and felt secure throughout my visit. Pro tip, check out the nearby cafes for breakfast instead of the hotel options.

The hotel location works really well for getting into the city. Easy to reach the metro and train stations. My room felt clean and spacious, which was nice. Breakfast had a good spread and flavors were on point, but it stayed the same every day, making it a bit predictable after a few days. Had some confusion with the kids’ free meal policy. I was told my child would eat free, but when I tried to confirm at dinner, the staff wasn't clear and it felt awkward. Took a while to sort, which put a damper on the dining experience. At times, the service felt slow, especially during breakfast rush. One big downside was the pillows. they were pretty hard and gave me neck pain after two nights. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff despite the service delays. The near supermarket saved me when I needed snacks. I enjoyed my family time, but I’d want clearer communication on policies going forward.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the 5-7 minute walk to the metro that made accessing Centraal Station so easy, allowing me to explore the city's famous landmarks within 15 minutes. also, I appreciated the beautiful nearby Nelson Mandelapark, perfect for leisurely walks and relaxation.

I had the best time enjoying the free mojitos in the stunning lounge area! The breakfast buffet was honestly a foodie's dream, complete with fresh orange juice and a variety of delicious options. Plus, the location is a concert-goer's paradise—so close to the venue and just half an hour from the vibrant city center for all your exploring!

our stay at holiday inn was really nice. the location is just a quick train ride to the dam, making it easy to explore. we loved how spacious our one-bedroom suite was. the staff was super helpful, giving us early check-in and even chocolates, which was a sweet touch. plus, the gym was good for a quick workout and there were plenty of cozy areas to relax.
